ICL Commercial (Commercial Division of I Love Cleaning Ltd) is looking for a Commercial Cleaning Professional to carry out regular cleaning duties at various locations around Walsall. From construction welfare facilities to offices and warehousing.

Approx. 16-18 hours a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with 8am start (approx. 6 hours each day). May be required to be available for additional hours so some flexibility would be an advantage. In addition, we carry out many builders cleans, so experience in this area would be also an advantage.

For this role you will be required to hold a valid UK driving license and own a car, so please do not apply for this role is you are unable to be mobile. A BUS PASS is not acceptable!

This position could lead to full-time role, so we are looking for an experienced ‘CAREER’ cleaner who maybe looking to increase hours over time and take on more responsibility as the commercial side of the company progresses.

We are looking for someone who will be great at handling our valued clients. Someone who has a mature approach to work, is meticulous about the detail and takes pride in their cleaning ability. We are after a ‘CAN DO’ approach, not a ‘THAT’LL DO’ approach.

Rate: Initially £10 per hour on a self-employed basis – but will likely lead to a fulltime contract (£9 per hour with holiday pay, access to pension scheme, and fuel allowance) for the right person (usually within a 3-month probationary period).
